Integrated punching and riveting
1. Punching forming+in mold wire riveting+in mold monitoring: Copper strip is pre punched and formed in the mold, and the wire is riveted and punched in the mold after being dropped. It is suitable for contact bridge components with single or double sided riveting of integral contacts.
2. Punching forming+in mold contact riveting+in mold monitoring: The copper strip is pre punched and formed in the mold, and the contacts are fed through the material tray and then riveted in the mold for punching and blanking, suitable for single (double) face contact riveting.
